How long does it take to send us the goods?
If the product required is already available in our warehouse we can ship the goods within 24/48 hours. In the page of the single product you can see the product availability. If the product is not available or the quantity is not mentioned, you will soon receive an order confirmation with the approximate delivery date. Please consider the delivery dates as merely indicative, barrying unforeseen events.
How can I return a good?
The return of a good has to take place within 15 working days from the delivery date and at the terms and conditions under “Returns” on the page “Terms and conditions” of this website, and has to be previously authorised by Task Srl, otherwise the goods returned will not be accepted. You can make your request by filling in the contact request form of this website or sending an e-mail at email@example.com. We will give you an answer in the shortest time possible. We reserve the right to verify the conditions of the goods returned. For each return we will apply an Application Processing Fee of 25€. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expenses.
Can you provide products not available on your catalogue?
Yes. If you are interested in a product you can not find on this portal please send us a request for quotation at firstname.lastname@example.org. if we can provide the product we will send you a quotation with goods availability, prices and delivery terms.
How can I cancel an order?
It is possible to cancel an order, to the extent of applicable Italian Law and according to the “Terms and conditions” on this website, by sending an e-mail at email@example.com. Within 3 working days you will receive a confirmation of the order cancellation. If you paid with PayPal or anticipated bank transfer we will refund you the money by bank transfer.
How do you calculate the shipping costs?
If you choose to use our service, we will apply a fixed cost of 15€ for shipping in Italy. For shippings in Europe or the rest of the world the freight costs will have to be agreed previously and may vary according to products dimensions and quantities. Multiple shippings will have to be agreed previously.
I found a non-conformity on the goods received.
Please send, within 8 working days from the goods receipt, an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the reasons for the non-conformity noticed. Within3 working days we will contact you and indicate the correct procedure for the product return. We reserve the right to verify the conditions of the goods returned.
Why did you cancel my purchase order?
Task Srl reserves the right to decline to accept orders or to trade with some company or person. We will give prompt notice to the customer and, if the goods have already been paid, we will refund the money by bank transfer, within a reasonable period.
If the product requested is no longer available (because obsolete or no more sold by the producer) we will cancel your order, give you prompt notice and, if the goods have already been paid, we will refund you the money by bank transfer. If possible, we may propose an alternative solution/product, with delivery terms and availability. We will consider the alternative accepted only when we receive a formal purchase order or you confirm the quotation received.
